    I originally scheduled my appointment for Friday December 13th and was called and told that no service technicians would be available and the soonest I could reschedule was mid next week - I said that was fine and we agreed upon I arrived on time for my appointment to be Wednesday, December 18th at 9am. I was then sent a confirmation text of my appointment on Tuesday, December 17th at 10:45, then another for Tuesday, December 17th at 11:15, and then a THIRD for Wednesday December 18th at 8:45am.... None of which we agreed upon, but what is 15 minutes - whatever. I then got a call on Monday, December 16th that I missed my service appointment. I had the scheduler call me who then told me whomever scheduled multiple appointments for me and she fixed the issue. The service writer tried to sell me everything under the sun upon my first arrival which was very uncomfortable and then upon telling him I'll have the tires rotated on the next appointment still tried to sell me a tire alignment. I was scheduled to have an oil change, a rattle in my door looked at, and my tire looked at. 4 HOURS later I was told my vehicle was done and that they couldn't find the rattle. I explained to the service writer that I physically showed him in the service drive what the issue was and how to do it. They told me it was my coin purse in the door and they couldn't do it. When I picked up my vehicle, I had the other service writer some out and showed him - at that point I just told him I would take the door panel off myself and fix it. Never got any word on if my tire was leaking air or not so that is still a mystery for me to figure out myself as well.
