Your service department is always so nice,kind,helpful! I had a recall done and 10,000 mile tune up down. They said it would be about 4 hours. I had an appointment I had to get to and they said they would try hard to get me on my way. They finished it in just over 3 hours. Once again I am always very happy on the treatment I get with your service department.

We actually purchased 2 Tiguan recently. The second one because the first one was totaled 30 days after getting it. The purchases went well, the only issue was getting ceramic coating and undercoating done when they said they would. Both times it was days later. The sales staff were very good and friendly.
