Service is good. Waiting area is comfortable with snacks and drinks. Texts to keep me updated on progress while waiting is nice. Got me in same day for a warning light that was intermittent.

Tire rotation was more expensive $40 than other dealerships. Then they added a $10 fee on top of that. I was told the fee included $3 for putting the info into the computer and the rest for miscellaneous such as paper towels to wipe their hands. Total was over $53 with tax. I have bought two VW's there and have gotten my services there so I should've been in their computer. I contacted Zimbrick in Madison where I have previously bought VW's and had service. Their charge for tire rotation is $29 +tax. I think McGrath would add the $10 fee each time I have anything done and their prices are 33% higher do I won't be returning. The young technician that helped me was kind and knowledgeable. He's the reason for three stars instead of two.
